IWU Interfaith Summit: "Common Ground"
Friday and Saturday, March 29-30
Alumni are invited to the second annual Interfaith Summit hosted by Evelyn Chapel. Chris Stedman will be the keynote speaker and workshop leader. Stedman is author of Faithiest: How an Atheist Found Common Ground with the Religious and is currently a fellow at Sabo Center for Democracy and Citizenship and at the Christensen Center for Vocation, both at Augsburg University. The Summit also will feature interactive workshops led by students, faculty, staff, and alumni on a variety of interfaith engagement topics, lunch, a service project, and a Multifaith Sending Service. There is no cost to attend the Summit, and online registration will be available by Feb. 22. |
