Learn about Kouzes and Posner's Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership and engage in an interactive workshop on how to maximize your leadership potential. We will discuss how others perceive your leadership skills, how to create a more inclusive environment, and how your different identities can impact your leadership, specifically considering gender differences and perceptions.
