LeAnnHughes Named Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing
LeAnn Hughes of Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tenn., has been named vice president for enrollment and marketing at Illinois Wesleyan, a new position that will lead the reorganized admissions, financial aid, marketing and communications functions at the University. 

MarieGiusti Wins Starkey Award
Marie Giusti received the 2016 Max L. Starkey Award, recognizing a staff member whose loyalty, enthusiasm and outstanding contributions have provided an invaluable service to the Illinois Wesleyan community.

4 p.m., Davidson Room, Memorial Center – Meet the Class of 2020 – Bob Murray, Dean of Admissions, will provide an overview of the academic profile and demographics of our first-year students; Chandra Shipley, Director of Academic Advising/Coordinator of Disability Services, will discuss advising tips to meet the needs of our new students; Annorah Moorman, Assistant Dean and Director of Counseling Services, will focus on the psychological and emotional aspect of these students; Stacey Shimizu, Director of the International Office, will discuss specific areas of opportunities and concerns of our incoming international students in the University's history; and Brandon Common, Assistant Dean of Students, will discuss specific areas of opportunities and concerns of our domestic diversity students. Nicole Chlebek ’16 started Aug. 23 as an Admissions Counselor, replacing Kimberly Zimmerman '09, who transferred to the Associate Director of International Admissions position on March 7, replacing Chris Kawakita '98, who left IWU.

Wendy West started Aug. 23 as the Office Coordinator II - Multi Programs, replacing Sarah Roberts.
