1 p.m., Merwin & Wakeley Galleries – Opening Reception and Gallery Talk“Alpha and Omega,” a retrospective exhibit spanning the 45-year career of Urbana-based artist Glen C. Davies, will open with a reception from 1 to 4 p.m.

Davies will present a talk at 2 p.m. in the galleries.

Summer gallery hours are Friday through Monday, 12 noon to 3 p. m.
