Rob Paravonian to Perform at IWU

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – On Friday, Feb. 5, Illinois Wesleyan University will host musical comedian Rob Paravonian. The show will take place in the Hansen Student Center (300 E. Beecher St., Bloomington) at 8 p.m. The event, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by the Illinois Wesleyan Office of Student Activities.

Paravonian, who grew up in the Chicago area, writes and performs comedy and music in New York, where he now lives. He has become a regular at Catch a Rising Star, a comedy club in the city, and has appeared on Comedy Central and VH1.

Paravonian also tours the country playing at colleges and comedy clubs from Florida to Alaska and from Maine to Montana.
