- 2 faculty teaching one course
- funds for course development ($2000)
- funds for an adjunct to cover one team member regular course

- Eight countries (Germany, Spain, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Yugoslavia, Russia, Iraq ): eight lectures, six films.

- replacement for one course provided
