Illinois Wesleyan's office of Information Technology Services (ITS) provides Help Desk services in The Ames Library on the third floor, in the Thorpe Center.

Walk-in support: 

  • Sunday 12:00 p.m. - Midnight
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - Midnight
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

In addition to walk-in, telephone, text and web support, the Help Desk staff assist with the office's repair service for personally-owned computers and help maintain online technology reference materials.
