Help Desk services are now being offered by the Help@Ames desk, located on the entry level of The Ames Library (see campus map).

The Help@Ames Desk

Help@Ames (the Help Desk located in The Ames Library) is here to provide first level support for all students, faculty, and staff at Illinois Wesleyan University. Help@Ames is staffed by student workers who are trained and supervised by the Information Technology Services Coordinator. Help@Ames can assist you with:

The Help Desk will also enter calls into the 3900 system if they are unable to resolve the call immediately, or if the calls needs the attention from another ITS professional (second level support)
