Help Desk services are now being offered by the Help@Ames desk, located on the entry level of The Ames Library (see campus map).
- Walk in Support: Help@Ames services are available during regular library hours
- Telephone Support: 309-556-3900 (after-hours calls will go to voice mail)
- Web Support: 3900 Help System
- Live Support: Live chat located on ITS home page during regular hours

Friday: 2:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. (scheduled down-time for Illinois Wesleyan servers and network gear to receive upgrades, patches, and maintenance)
