Professor Moralee joined the faculty in 2003 after completing his Ph.D. at the University
of California, Los Angeles. In 2004 Routledge published his book "For Salvation's Sake": Provincial Loyalty, Personal Religion and Epigraphic Production
in the Roman and Late Antique Near East, a study of inscriptions and their relation to historical and cultural changes in
the Roman provinces of Palestine, Syria, and Arabia. He teaches Greek, Roman, and
Late Roman history as well as Latin at all levels.
