The IWU Chemistry Department maintains a well-equipped stock room. The stock room adheres to strict safety standards and is equipped with a separate room for flammables. In addition, oxidizers, corrosives and toxics are kept in separate cabinets. Several students are also hired as part of their work study program to assist the stock room manager prepare for labs.
