2016-2017 Academic Year

IWU's Council on Religious Life, The Office of University Chaplain and The Mellon Center offer this Multifaith Awareness Calendar to the campus so that we might all become better aware of the many religious holidays observed by students, faculty, and staff at Illinois Wesleyan University.

Major holidays for each tradition are noted in bold type.  The Pluralism Project at Harvard University provides excellent resources for learning more about these religious traditions and holidays.

If your religious or spiritual tradition is not represented in this calendar, please let us know by emailing University Chaplain Elyse Nelson Winger at chaplain@iwu.edu.

Special thanks to the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life at Wellesley College for permission to adapt and use its calendar.
