A Message to Iowa Wesleyan Students

The Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) community was saddened to learn of Iowa Wesleyan University's closure and recognize the stress of searching for a new college home.

In your search for your next academic home, we urge you to consider the strong alignment between many of Iowa Wesleyan and Illinois Wesleyan's programs of study and the rich professional, cultural, athletic, and social opportunities that await you at IWU.

The usual IWU graduation requirement of "a minimum of two years and 16 courses in residence" will be waived for rising Iowa Wesleyan seniors.

Housing

Students who transfer to IWU have access to a quality residential environment. The campus residency expectation of 6 semesters in University-approved housing will be adjusted to include your previous college experience.
