Originally Asheville, N.C.; high school in South Holland, Illinois; currently San Francisco, California. |
Why Wesleyan? |
Honestly it was just the feel of campus during my visit. I was considering a few schools and during the visit it just felt right. Obviously the academics were important, and I knew I’d have an opportunity to run track and still pursue music, which were both important to me at the time. |
Your major? |
International Studies (Asia-Pacific focus), Political Science minor |
Favorite professor or class? |
Dr. Thomas Lutze… just unbelievable taking classes on China with him. |
After Wesleyan? |
I worked in the Admissions Office and coached track for a couple years before moving to San Francisco to pursue graduate school in Asian-Pacific studies. I currently work in business development for an international eDiscovery service company. |
Biggest thrill or best memory? |
There are way too many to list. Graduation is high on the list. Also: – Traveling to Salem, Virginia, for the NCAA basketball tournament the year we got 3rd place. – Mizuno internship in Tokyo, Japan. |
For fun? |
Currently: Traveling, wine tasting, anything and everything outdoors. Keeping healthy and working out. Visiting with friends and family around the country. |
