There is good news!! Research indicates that even very small amounts of activity enhance physical and emotional well-being among people of all sizes. Research also shows that participation in activities that create pleasure and cooperative social opportunities, is associated with high self-esteem. IWU Wellness is pleased to offer classes which provide movement opportunities for people of all body sizes, a variety of ages and all fitness levels. Shirk Center and Fort Natatorium are also available for your moving pleasure.
