APPLIED HARMONIC ANALYSIS SEMINAR

Thanks to all of you who attended and made it such an interesting meeting. Here is a brief account of some Problems raised in the Open Problems Session.

The third meeting of the Illinois/Missouri Applied Harmonic Analysis Seminar will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008 in the Center for Natural Sciences (Mathematics Department Building) on the Illinois Wesleyan University campus.

A lunch reception will be provided for all those attending the Seminar. We'll also have coffee available throughout the day. All the talks will be delivered in Room C101 of the Center for Natural Sciences (CNS) building. Registration, coffee, and snacks will be available in Room C113 of the CNS building. Both Room C101 and C113 are located on the first floor of the building.

There is no registration fee. Funding is available to assist with driving expenses; the reimbursement form will be available at the meeting. It will be much appreciated if attendees from Urbana/Champaign can arrange some carpools.

In order to get to Illinois Wesleyan University campus by driving, flights, Amtrak's, or Greyhound, follow the directions laid out here. Also, to get a sense of where things are on campus including visitor parking, a campus map has been provided.

If you plan to attend the Seminar, then please email the local organizer Tian-Xiao He (the@iwu.edu) so that sufficient food can be provided at the lunch reception. Please also indicate any dietary preferences.
