Broccoli Chicken Stroganoff
Serves 4

Cook: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups noodles (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 10 ¾ ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- ½ cup sour cream
- garlic salt as needed
Instructions:
- In a large heavy skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in oil, until tender.
- Add crushed garlic clove and chopped onion; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the onions are soft.
- Stir in frozen broccoli, cream of chicken soup, and prepared mustard.
- Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through.
- Remove from heat, then, stir in sour cream.
- Serve over the cooked noodles.
- Eat!
