Brown two pounds of thawed hamburger in pot. You may add salt, pepper,
or garlic to help flavor the meat if you wish. In another small pan, saute
your chopped onion in olive oil. As soon as your meat is fully brown, add
the sauted onions as well as the chopped green pepper. Stir. Next, add
1-2 cups of ketchup, depending on how thick you want your barbeque to be.
Stir. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1/2 cup brown sugar.Stir. Finally,
add 1/4 cup of water to the barbeque. Stir well and let cook for 20-30
minutes on low, continuing to stir.
