Mushroom Cabbage Rolls
1 head red cabbage
1 small package mushrooms, chopped
1/2  red onion, chopped
1/2  package grape tomatos, chopped
8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic
Preheat oven to 350o

Pour a small amount of water into a gallon-sized ziploc bag. Place the cabbage head into the bag and steam it in the microwave. Peel off the steamed leaves one at a time, and continue steam & peel process until you have six leaves.

Saute onions, mushrooms and spices until the mixture is a uniform color. Add tomatos and cheese. Saute until cheese begins to melt.

Drain mixture in a sieve. Roll the mixture into the cabbage leaves. Cover rolls with mushroom soup. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
