Chicken Parmesan




    Indedients
  1. 1 Box Breadcrumbs
  2. 1 Roll Ritz Crackers
  3. 1 Bottle Vegetable Oil
  4. 1 Bottle Marinara Sauce
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 1 Bag Flour
  7. 1/2 lb. Graded Parmesan Cheese
  8. 1/2 lb. graded Roma Cheese
  9. 4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
  10. 2 Paper Plates
  11. 1 Bowl
  12. 1 Large Frying Pan
  13. 1 Baking Sheet

***Increase/Decrease amount of indredients according to amount of chicken used.

    Getting Things Ready...
  1. Spread flour over one paper plate. On the other plate, mix 1 part crushed ritz to 3 parts bread crumbs. Add Roma cheese to this mixture
  2. Break eggs into bowl and whip.
  3. Defrost and clean (when necessary) chicken to be used.
  4. Pour 1/4 inch of standing oil into bottom of large frying pan. Heat oil over medium heat.


    Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Bathe chicken breast in egg
  3. Rub breast with flour
  4. Roll Chicken in Bread/Ritz concoction.
  5. Once coated, place breast in pan and fry until cooked through
  6. Repeat process for remaining chicken.


    Finishing Touches
  1. Remove chicken from frying pan and place on baking sheet.
  2. Top each breast with parmesan and marinara.
  3. Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese simmers.
  4. Let cool and serve!
