Indedients
- 1 Box Breadcrumbs
- 1 Roll Ritz Crackers
- 1 Bottle Vegetable Oil
- 1 Bottle Marinara Sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Bag Flour
- 1/2 lb. Graded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 lb. graded Roma Cheese
- 4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Paper Plates
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Large Frying Pan
- 1 Baking Sheet
***Increase/Decrease amount of indredients according to amount of chicken used.
Getting Things Ready...
- Spread flour over one paper plate. On the other plate, mix 1 part crushed ritz to 3 parts bread crumbs. Add Roma cheese to this mixture
- Break eggs into bowl and whip.
- Defrost and clean (when necessary) chicken to be used.
- Pour 1/4 inch of standing oil into bottom of large frying pan. Heat oil over medium heat.
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Bathe chicken breast in egg
- Rub breast with flour
- Roll Chicken in Bread/Ritz concoction.
- Once coated, place breast in pan and fry until cooked through
- Repeat process for remaining chicken.
Finishing Touches
- Remove chicken from frying pan and place on baking sheet.
- Top each breast with parmesan and marinara.
- Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese simmers.
- Let cool and serve!
