Dough:
- 3 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 package sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
- 1-2 tbs fresh chopped garlic
- 2 tps salt
- 1 tbs yeast
- 2-3 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup water
Combine all dry ingredients. Add water. Knead until dough is smooth and
satiny. (This can be done in a food processor, but you must finish kneading by
hand.)
Let the dough rise until double in size (approximately 1 hour.)
