Dough:
- 3 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 TBS pizza seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 2 TBS yeast
Combine all dry ingredients. Add water. Knead until dough is smooth and
satiny. (This can be done in a food processor. When the dough forms a ball,
count to 50 and then turn off the processor.)
Let the dough rise until double in size (approximately 1 hour.)

- Fresh Tomatoes, sliced
- A can of black olives, sliced
- 1/2 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan Cheese, optional
