Tortilla Roll-Ups

  • 2 8 oz. packs cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 - 4 oz. can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 10 -inch flour tortillas
  • 1 -10 oz. jar of salsa
  • garlic powder to taste
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • Combine softened cream cheese, chilies, black olives, cheddar cheese, greenonions, seasoned salt, and garlic powder. Blend well. Spread mixture over each tortilla. Roll up and wrap tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with salsa. Serves 10 to 12.
