Cappadora Spaghetti Sauce
In a saucepan on medium heat combine olive oil and wine. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms to saucepan and brown. Add ground beef to mixture and brown. Add tomato paste and mix together. Add tomato sauce. Fill one empty can of tomato sauce with water. Mix water into saucepan. Add sugar, parmesan cheese, and remaining spices and mix well. Add potatos and simmer on low heat for two hours. Serve over spaghetti or angel hair pasta.
