Beef Over Rice
Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meet (cut into small pieces)
1 small onion chopped fine
1/4 cup salad oil
tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 green pepper chopped
Directions
- Brown meat and onion in oil in heavy skillet
- Season with salt and pepper and add 1/2 cup of water
- Cover and simmer about 1 hour
- Add soup blended with other 1/2 of water and green pepper
- Simmer 30 mins longer
- Serve over rice
