Oatmeal and Eggwhite Pancakes

Ingredients:
6 eggwhites or substitutes
1/2 tablespoon pancake mix
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons sugar-free jam

Spray skillet with fat-free non-stick spray (Pam)
Blend oatmeal, pancake mix, and eggwhites for 45 seconds
Heat skillet on stove to medium-high
Pour contents of blender in skillet, and let cook on one side until it is able to be flipped.
Flip and pancake and let cook until it is solid throughout.
Spread jam over pancake and serve.
