Combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg and milk - mix well and let sit in fridge
for minimum of two hours.
Take meat-mix and form into meatballs (approx 1 to 1 1/2 inch in
diameter) putting a pineapple chunk in the center of each meatball.
Preheat oven to 375 - preheating pan/tray (prepared with oil/spray and curry powder). Place meatballs on tray with extra pineapple placed on top of meatballs. Cook for 10 minutes - then turn meatballs over and cook an additional 10 minutes. While cooking prepare sauce: |
| Ingredients: Sauce | Directions: | Stir together sauce over medium heat until thickens - add cooked meatballs (you might want to go to a larger sized pan at this point) and simmer until ready to serve. Great over rice or noddles. |
