
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 8 (oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package Budig beef (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
(optional)

- Let cream cheese soften in a
bowl
- Add all ingredients (except the
nuts) and mix together to form a ball
- Roll in chopped walnuts if
desired
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic
wrap and let stand for four hours before serving
