• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 8 (oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Budig beef (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

  • Let cream cheese soften in a bowl
  • Add all ingredients (except the nuts) and mix together to form a ball
  • Roll in chopped walnuts if desired
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and let stand for four hours before serving
