Big Juicy Burger
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Quantity |
| Ground Beef | 1 pound |
| Onion | 1 (medium sized) |
| Garlic | 1 clove |
| Soy Sauce | 1/2 cup |
| Ginger | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Chilli Powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Oregano | 1 teaspoon |
Dice onion into very small pieces. Mix beef and onions, and shape into 8 patties.
Place patties in a shallow baking dish. Grate the clove of garlic. Mix the
garlic, soy sauce and ginger to make marinating sauce. Add a pinch or two of
chilli powder and oregano to marinating sauce to flavor. Pour sauce over patties.
Let stand for 15 minutes. Turn patties over, and leave for another 15 minutes.
Drain the sauce. Pan fry and serve in a bun with favorite condiments.
