Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and fill with water.
  2. Simmer mixture for 1 hour or until chicken and vegetables are tender.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Strain broth from other ingredients.
  5. Chill broth in refrigerator for two hours and skim off fat.
  6. Dice chicken meat and vegetables.
  7. Prepare noodles of your choice.
  8. Combine broth, noodles, chicken meat, and vegetables and heat to desired temperature.
