    1. Dice the green peppers, butter the frying pan, and cook the peppers at a simmer.
    2. Once the peppers are heated nicely, remove them from the pot, place them on a plate, and cover them with a strip of foil.
    3. Next, place the sausages in the pan, add a bit of water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Since the sausages are pre-cooked, they just need to be reheated.
    4. After the 5 minutes are up, remove the sausages, place them on a cutting surface, and chop up into small cylanders. Cover the sausages so they stay warm
    5. Next, crack four eggs into the frypan and begin to cook on low heat. Do not stir as the egg needs some time to harden. Once the egg begins to form a more substantial layer at the bottom of the pan, begin peeling up the edges of the hardened egg and tilt the pan to allow any egg liquid to seep under.
    6. Before the egg becomes too hardened, add the sausage and green peppers to the mix and allow them to harden into the egg. Dust in some pepper as needed.
    7. Using the spatula, attempt to flip the Glomulate onto the other side. Most likely, you will not be able to do this and the egg will break up into a bunch of pieces (hense the name Glomulate). This is all part of the fun.
    8. Flip the Glomulate several more times as needed.
    9. Finally, place the American cheese on top of the Glomulate, fold some of the egg onto the cheese and let is sit for a few minutes so the cheese melts.
    10. Now you are ready to eat!
NOTE: Try adding other things and see how they taste.
