Place rack in upper third of oven. Heat oven to 475°. Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray.
Combine tomatoes, Worcestershire, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add ground meat and bread crumbs, stirring until just combined. Put meat mixture into a muffin pan to make individual servings. Bake in upper third of 475° oven for 15 minutes. Spread ketchup over top of loaves. Bake 5 minutes more or until juices run clear and internal temperature registers 180° on an instant-read thermometer. |
