Mini Meat Loaves

1 14.5 oz can Chili-style chunky tomatoes Place rack in upper third of oven. Heat oven to 475°. Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray.

Combine tomatoes, Worcestershire, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add ground meat and bread crumbs, stirring until just combined. Put meat mixture into a muffin pan to make individual servings.

Bake in upper third of 475° oven for 15 minutes. Spread ketchup over top of loaves. Bake 5 minutes more or until juices run clear and internal temperature registers 180° on an instant-read thermometer.

2 lbs Lean ground meat
1 1/4 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup Ketchup
