Bryan Nelson's Taco Salad
INGREDIENTSDIRECTIONS
1 lb. lean ground beef1. Brown and drain ground beef
3 LARGE cans of Brook's chili beans (undrained)
1 head of lettuce chopped2. Add chili beans, simmer 1/2 hour
1 lb. Colby cheese, grated
1 lb. Mozarella cheese3. Drain and let cool
1.5 large bags of Nacho Doritos, crushed
6 tomatos, chopped4. Add tomatoes, onions, and cheese
3 onions, chopped
1 large bottle of Catlina dressing5. Just before serving add lettuce, Doritos and Catalina. Stir until combined. Chill before serving
