Italian Beef

  • 3-4 lb. Chuck Roast
  • 2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic Salt
    1. Mix everything together and pour over chuck roast in roasting pan.
    2. Cover with lid. Bake for 8 hours in 250 degree oven. Break apart or shred with a fork when half done to work flavor through beef. This feeds many and can be frozen and used again in the future, too.
