Polish Easter Breakfast
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/4 cup polish sausage (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cubed ham
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- Hard boil 4 of the 10 eggs. After cooked; cool, peel, and slice.
- Beat the remaining 6 eggs in a bowl until yolks and whites are mixed completely.
- Place the sausage and the ham into a large skillet. Cook until slightly browned on medium heat.
- Add beaten eggs into the skillet and mix with the sausage and ham.
- Once eggs are cooked, add the hard boiled eggs and mix until heated.
- Add horseradish and mix throughout.
- Serve and enjoy!
