Polish Easter Breakfast

Ingredients

  1. Hard boil 4 of the 10 eggs. After cooked; cool, peel, and slice.
  2. Beat the remaining 6 eggs in a bowl until yolks and whites are mixed completely.
  3. Place the sausage and the ham into a large skillet. Cook until slightly browned on medium heat.
  4. Add beaten eggs into the skillet and mix with the sausage and ham.
  5. Once eggs are cooked, add the hard boiled eggs and mix until heated.
  6. Add horseradish and mix throughout.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
