No Nonsense Nachos
Ingredients:
- 14 oz. package tortilla chips
- 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ½ cup mild salsa
- 10 large olives, sliced
- ½ cup chopped tomato, drained
- ¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 6 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly over large cookie sheet.
- In medium bowl, combine beans, chili powder, and salsa.
- Drop bean mixture by scant teaspoonfuls over tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle with olives, tomato, green onion, and cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
