Andalusian Gazpacho

Ingredients Preparation
  • 1 Kg. ripe tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1/4 onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • salt

  • olive oil

  • vinager
  • Peel and cut the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients.

  • Blend all ingredients together, adding water as well.

  • Serve very cold.
