Chicken and Broccoli Casserole


Ingredients:
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 chicken breasts

  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Cook chicken in water on stovetop until warm throughout
    3. While chicken cooks, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cheese in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed
    4. Once chicken is cooked, cut into small cubes
    5. Place cut chicken cubes into bottom of 13x9 casserole dish
    6. Chop broccoli into bite size pieces, and place them on top of the chicken as the second layer of the casserole
    7. Once chicken and broccoli are in place, pour sauce over the dish and spread evenly
    8. Top with breadcrumbs
    9. Cook dish for 30 minutes or until top is bubbly and browning
    10. Serve over egg noodles
