Chili
Ingredients
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 1 Bunch Celery, Chopped
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 1-2 TBS Canola Oil
- 2 Cans Brooks Chili Hot Beans
- 1 Large Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1-2 Chili Cans of Water
- 1-2 TBS Chili Powder (Or to taste)
- 1/2 cup alphabet pasta (Or any other small pasta)
- Grated Cheese (Parmesan, Cheddar, or Monterey Jack)
Directions
- Heat oil. Add onions, celery, and hamburger. Cook until the hamburger is
evenly browned. Drain Oil.
- Add all ingredients except pasta. Simmer for at least an hour.
- Add alphabet pasta. Simmer until the pasta is soft.
- Ladle into bowls. Top with grated cheese.
Yield: 6-8 Servings.
