Indoor Facility 6 lane very fast Martin surface. 1/4” spikes allowed.

Outdoor Facility 8 lane, encapsulated rekortan, ¼” pyramid spikes are permitted. Javelin approach is on grass.

Timing Finish Lynx timing.

Finish Line Please instruct all coaches and athletes to stay away from the finish line during each race.

Event Check In There will be an event check in schedule. Your athletes must check in during the required time or they will be scratched.

Entry Limit Indoor Relays Unlimited, all other events (3) plus 5 wild cards

Outdoor Unlimited

Entries Due: By Noon on Wednesday prior to the meet.

Entry Fee: $15 per athlete up to $125 per team. Men and women are separate.

Scoring: We will score the top 6 (10-8-6-4-2-1)

Showers: Showers are available in the Shirk Center adjacent to the track.

Trainers: IWU will have trainers on site. Please bring necessary treatment materials.
