STEW SALOWITZ     A 1976 IWU graduate, Stew Salowitz has been the school's Director of News Services since November 1988. In addition to handling publicity for IWU's 18 varsity sports, Salowitz is responsible for general University news coverage and writes for the IWU alumni magazine. The author of four books, Salowitz's free-lance articles have appeared in the Chicago Tribune, Sports Collectors Digest, and the USA Today. He was the afternoon personality and a sportscaster for WJBC Radio in Bloomington from 1977-88.
