Donald Clark, former chairman and CEO of Household International, left, and J.Richard Hull, a 1955 Illinois Wesleyan graduate who was senior vice president and general counsel of Household International, meet with Christine Whims (Hull's granddaughter) and University students Michael Jackson, '04, and Jill Schafer, '04. Clark and Hull made several presentations about the landmark 1985 case in which Household successfulyl defended against a hostile takeover attempt.
