Event: Funny Bone Comedy Club presents: Dustin Diamond—“Screech” from the television series Saved By The Bell

Admission: Free and open to the public

Background:
Dustin Diamond is best known for his portrayal of Samuel “Screech” Powers on the television series Saved By The Bell, which ran for ten seasons on NBC. Diamond has also appeared frequently on the television series The Wonder Years and has appeared in 17 feature films including Big Top Pee Wee, Longshots, Big Fat Liar, Jane White Is Sick And Twisted, and Made.

Presently, Diamond keeps busy by making guest appearances on television, in movies, and performing stand-up comedy at colleges and comedy clubs across the country. He also plays bass for the band Salty The Pocketknife. The band members have recently finished recording their debut album, which is scheduled for release in early 2003. Diamond, an avid chess player, has released his own instructional video titled, Dustin Diamond Teaches Chess.
