Event: Concert: Illinois Wesleyan Civic Orchestra

Admission: $10 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens, and $1 for IWU and ISU students with a valid ID.

Background: Their first appearance of the season, the Illinois Wesleyan Civic Orchestra will perform a “Halloween Spooktackular” concert under the direction of Steven W. Eggleston, music professor and conductor. Guests are encouraged to come in costume for this musical and theatrical event. There will be candy and door prizes.

Program: “Hall of the Mountain King” by Grieg, “The Sorcerer's Apprentice” by Dukas, “Night on Bald Mountain” by Moussorgsky, “March to the Scaffold” by Berlioz, “Till Eulenspiegel” by Strauss, and “Danse Macabre” by Saint-Saens.
