Background:
Illinois Wesleyan's Office of Student Activities will show the latest release of the Titan Film Series, Spider-Man 2 (2004).

Actor Tobey Maguire returns as the mild-mannered Peter Parker in the newest installment of Sony Picture’s blockbuster Spider-Man series. In Spider-Man 2, the Marvel Comic’s nerd turned hero faces a new set of challenges as he struggles to balance his dual identities. He must contend with life as both a superhero and a college student while fighting off the urge to declare his love to lifelong crush M.J. (Kirsten Dunst).

Meanwhile, Parker’s most sacred relationships are unraveling including his friendship with Harry Osborn (James Franco) whose vendetta against Spider-Man is growing rapidly. Even his beloved Aunt May is having doubts about her nephew.

Parker’s life only gets more complicated when he encounters a frightful new enemy, Dr. Otto Octavius (Alfred Molina). He must use all of his superhero senses to try and stop this vicious villain before it’s too late.
