Program: The program will consist of: Just a Minor Thing by Mike Steinel; The Shadow of Your Smile by Johnny Mandel, arranged by Dave Wolpe; Crazy Rhythm by Frank Mantooth; For Lena and Lenny by Quincy Jones; God Bless The Child by Herzog and Holiday, arranged by Jerry Nowak; Hola, Senor Loco! by Victor Lopez; Steppin Around by Gary Carney; Little Girl Blue by Rodgers and Hart, arranged by Frank Mantooth; Mean to Me by Ahlert and Turk, arranged by Manny Mendelson; The Diver by Matt Harris and Riff in Peace by Frank Mantooth.
Background: The ensemble is under the direction of Thomas Streeter, IWU professor of brass instruments and theory, assisted by senior music composition major, A.J. Robb. Members of the Jazz Lab Band include both music and non-music majors.
