Student Employment

Priority for on-campus jobs is given to those students who are awarded student employment eligibility based on their demonstrated financial need through the University's Application for Financial Assistance and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

All student employees of Illinois Wesleyan University must complete a Federal W-4 Form, State W-4 Form, and Employment Eligibility Verfication Form (I-9) within their first 3 days of work. These forms are available at the Financial Aid Office.
