New! On-Line Health & Wellness Tool!

Illinois Wesleyan University Wellness in partnership with Wellness Coalition America are excited to announce a new wellness tool. Specifically, all IWU faculty and staff have access to a secure website that has an online health risk assessment questionnaire. After completing this questionnaire, you will be provided with feedback about your health and recommendations regarding steps you can take to enhance your overall well-being. Moreover, you will have access to an online archive of wellness related articles, videos, and health calculators that are all designed to provide you with relevant information regarding your health.

Here is how to get started:

·       Go to www.healthgram.com/hra

·       Enter your username and password

·       Click on “Register Here” and follow the instructions.

·       Please note that during the registration process, you will be asked to enter the last four numbers of your Social Security Number (SSN). Please disregard this, as Wellness Coalition America (WCA) will be provide you with a unique 4-digit access code to put in place of your SSN. You can obtain this by contacting WCA’s Healthgram customer service team (via the “Contact Customer Support” link on the www.healthgram.com/hra website).

We believe this new wellness tool will provide the IWU community with some good information regarding health management and overall wellness goals. Please be assured that any or your health assessment information CANNOT be shared with others. HIPPA privacy laws are in place to ensure that your personal health information is protected and will be kept completely CONFIDENTIAL.
