The IWU Wellness Program has been a fixture on campus since August of 1990. Originally the program was designed to provide programs and services exclusively for the faculty/staff, retirees and immediate family members of the university. Over the years the program expanded to include alums and collaborating partners of the institution. In addition, in 2005, Wellness added a Student Fitness Program, designed more specifically for the needs of the student population.
Wellness offers a myriad of programs and services located predominantly on-site, at convenient hours, with a working population in mind.
