IWU London Program -- How to Apply

Participation in the London Program is open to IWU students of all schools and majors who are in good standing, who have at least 4 units of credit toward graduation, and who have completed at least one semester of study on-campus. A minimum of 16 and maximum of 24 students may participate.  Application materials are due in the International Office by 4:00 pm on February 1.

 

The application consists of

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. Essay (300-500 words) explaining your interest in the London Program
  3. Academic Reference Form
  4. Non-Academic Reference Form
  5. Passport-sized photo (full-face; digital photos accepted)
  6. Other items as specified by the International Office and/or London Program Director

Selection is based on the following criteria:

  • Quality and strength of recommendations
  • Personal essay
  • Class standing
  • Possible interview with the Program Director

Students will be notified of admission by mid-February.  A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will be due at the Business Office within a week of admission.
